Allan Rutter has over 25 years in Transportation. Allan currently leads and coordinates Texas A&M’s Transportation Institutes freight research efforts. Working out of TTI’s Dallas office, he guides the implementation of a strategic plan for TTI’s freight activities, as well as serving in a coordination role for freight.
