The HaiPick System 3: Ultra-high-density storage with chain-link tote technology providing 0.0mm between linked totes and run 3 totes deep. The high reaching Autonomous Case-Handing Mobile Robot (ACR) hands off totes to the Companion Bot for order fulfillment, supporting extreme order responsiveness and system flexibility. Totes for order picking can be batch delivered with 9 totes in 1 run for large order volumes, while Companion Bots can deliver a single tote for immediate fulfillment.

The HaiPick Climb System: The HaiClimber is the first warehouse climbing robot with the ability to easily navigate low precision environments, making ASRS accessible to more facilities while lowering the cost of automation ownership. It travels at an extremely high rate of speed of 4 meters per second allowing for immediate order fulfillment in about 2 minutes, and requires half the connection points of typical climbing robots. This simplifies automated GTP operations to retrofit existing facilities.
