ebp-consulting is an independent management consultancy firm specialised in the design and optimization of supply chains and of procurement, production and logistics processes – also encompassing the design and selection of supporting logistics systems (“”logistics hardware””) and IT solutions.
As an internationally operating company, we put our extensive process and sector-specific expertise to work for our clients, taking responsibility for consulting, planning, implementation and optimization projects both on an occasional and a long term basis. If required, we also take over the responsibility for change management and for running your daily business operations.
