Ed highlights the benefits of the MAI which includes reducing the amount of equipment that needs to be interacted with by allowing any actions to be taken on the device, which is on the back of the hand, through a touchscreen or even through voice. This is important because it allows the user to move much quicker and get the work done.

They also discuss the importance of user experience when it comes to training new hires, temp workers and younger generations. Reminiscent of a smart watch, the user can easily translate what they are used to utilizing daily in their personal life and have that same comfort level in the workplace.
