Lessons From Hitting Rock Bottom with Armstrong Transport’s CEO Brian Mann
In this episode, I’m chatting with a former colleague of mine–Brian Mann. He and I were working together at a 3PL here in Jacksonville before they suddenly shut down. That experience was traumatic for both of us–but it ultimately led to bigger and better things for us both. It was a nice full-circle experience for me to see how far both of us have come and he shares those lessons he learned the hard way and how they ultimately shape how he runs his company today.
