🚨 Trump-Era Tariffs Ruled Unconstitutional
The U.S. Court of International Trade has ruled that President Trump’s Liberation Day tariffs—imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA)—are unconstitutional. This landmark decision challenges executive authority in setting trade policy and may be headed to the Supreme Court.

⛽ Diesel Prices Fall Again
The Department of Energy reports the average retail diesel price dropped 4.9 cents this week to $3.48/gallon, part of a 22.8-cent total decline since January. ULSD and Brent Crude also fell significantly on the CME Exchange.

🚢 Asia-U.S. Freight Rates Spike
Container spot rates from Asia to the U.S. surged after a brief tariff easing. Rates jumped to $3,000/FEU (West Coast) and $4,069/FEU (East Coast) per Xeneta, as carriers push new price hikes amid tight market conditions.
