Associations

Logistics associations organize the companies and professionals connected to a mode, region, or discipline. Their work may include advocacy, standards, education, certification, or industry research, depending on the organization. Operators and researchers use the directory to find the organizations working on a specific mode or regional issue, whether the goal is a standard, a certification, or a room of counterparts. Compare mode and geographic focus, membership eligibility and cost, standards or advocacy role, education and events, and how active the organization is today. The defining distinction is membership: these groups represent a shared field rather than selling a commercial product into it.
